Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using The Watch Reserve website, mobile application, or any of our services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into legally binding contracts under Philippine law. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Products and Pricing

All watches listed on The Watch Reserve are pre-owned luxury timepieces unless otherwise stated. Prices are displayed in Philippine Pesos (₱) and are subject to change without prior notice. While we strive for accuracy, we reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

Each timepiece undergoes thorough authentication and inspection. Condition grades (new, pre-owned, refurbished) are determined at our sole discretion based on industry standards.

4. Purchases and Payments

All sales are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, credit/debit card, and cash. Full payment is required prior to dispatch or collection.

A 12% Value Added Tax (VAT) applies to all transactions in accordance with Philippine tax regulations.

5. Consignment

When consigning a timepiece with The Watch Reserve, you warrant that you are the rightful owner and that the item is free from liens, disputes, or encumbrances. Commission rates, listing periods, and terms are agreed upon in writing prior to consignment.

The Watch Reserve reserves the right to reject consignment items that do not meet our quality or authenticity standards.

6. Returns and Warranties

Unless otherwise stated in writing, all sales are final. We offer a 3-day inspection period from date of delivery during which the buyer may notify us of any material discrepancies from the listing description.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Services — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of The Watch Reserve or its licensors. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Watch Reserve shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes.
